Citi Dubai is hiring a Citigold Relationship Banker to manage high-value client relationships and provide tailored financial solutions. This role requires strong expertise in wealth management, client servicing, compliance, and financial planning, with opportunities to grow within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Citigold (CG) customer accounts, understand needs, and provide tailored financial advice.

• Proactively engage clients to validate needs and suggest additional funds or fee-based products.

• Review product penetration and identify opportunities for cross-selling.

• Conduct customer risk profiling, financial planning, and relationship engagement.

• Organize client events to strengthen bonds and acquire new Citigold customers through referrals.

• Ensure strict compliance with KYC/AML regulations and company policies.

• Appropriately assess risk and maintain transparency in decision-making.

Skills & Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or client relationship management.

• Strong client servicing, communication, and financial advisory skills.

• Proven ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.

• Mandatory certifications for selling financial products.

• Ability to prioritize and problem-solve independently.
