Citi Dubai is hiring a Citigold Relationship Banker to manage high-value client relationships and provide tailored financial solutions. This role requires strong expertise in wealth management, client servicing, compliance, and financial planning, with opportunities to grow within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Citigold (CG) customer accounts, understand needs, and provide tailored financial advice.

Proactively engage clients to validate needs and suggest additional funds or fee-based products.

Review product penetration and identify opportunities for cross-selling.

Conduct customer risk profiling, financial planning, and relationship engagement.

Organize client events to strengthen bonds and acquire new Citigold customers through referrals.

Ensure strict compliance with KYC/AML regulations and company policies.

Appropriately assess risk and maintain transparency in decision-making.
Skills & Requirements:

7+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or client relationship management.

Strong client servicing, communication, and financial advisory skills.

Proven ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.

Mandatory certifications for selling financial products.

Ability to prioritize and problem-solve independently.
