Job Summary:
Citi is seeking a Citigold Relationship Banker to join its team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a financial professional with experience in relationship management and client engagement. You will be responsible for managing Citigold client portfolios, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Account Management

Evaluate and understand the financial needs and asset allocation of Citigold customers.

Proactively engage clients to advise on wealth management strategies and financial products.

Drive customer relationship growth by encouraging additional fund mobilization and cross-selling other fee-based products and services.

Analyze product penetration and recommend customized solutions for assigned clients.

Ensure thorough coverage of customer relationships through regular engagements, financial planning, and risk profiling.

Organize client events to deepen engagement and attract potential new Citigold clients through referrals.

Compliance, Risk & Controls

Strictly adhere to KYC, AML, and other regulatory compliance standards.

Demonstrate ethical conduct and sound judgment in all business interactions.

Appropriately evaluate and escalate risks, ensuring alignment with Citi’s internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a relevant client-facing financial services role is preferred.

Strong relationship management skills, both internal and external.

Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

Required certifications for selling financial products (as per local regulations).

Ability to assess client needs and deliver personalized financial solutions.
