Job Summary:
Lenovo is seeking an experienced Cisco Business Development Manager to drive growth and sales efforts for Lenovo Cisco Solutions in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will lead business development activities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and help execute sales strategies for regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement a regional business development plan aligned with Lenovo Cisco Solutions’ goals.

Conduct market analysis to identify target industries, accounts, and solution opportunities.

Lead regional sales efforts, including pipeline development, account targeting, and lead generation.
-
Create and execute tailored sales campaigns, leveraging marketing resources and customer insights.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at Lenovo, Cisco, and regional channel partners.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Lenovo Cisco Solutions in the region.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient solution delivery.

Solution Expertise & Training:
-
Act as a subject matter expert for the Lenovo Cisco product portfolio.
-
Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients, demonstrating ROI and unique benefits.

Conduct training sessions for internal and partner sales teams, building solution knowledge and confidence.

Performance & Reporting:
-
Achieve KPIs for regional growth, including revenue targets, market share, and customer acquisition.

Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for senior management, identifying areas for growth.

Role Requirements:
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:
-
7+ years in sales or business development within the technology industry.

Mandatory experience with Cisco in a pre-sales or BDM role.
-
Demonstrated experience in B2B technology sales, ideally within networking, data center, or cloud infrastructure.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of networking, security, cloud, and data center technologies.
