Marriott International is currently hiring a Child Minder – Health Club for its Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, recreation, and guest care. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the recreation area, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the fitness center, including wiping down machines and removing trash and used towels.

• Keep recreation facilities well-stocked with cups, water, and towels.

• Clean restrooms and showers in the fitness and recreation areas.

• Distribute lockers and towels to guests following standard procedures.

• Conduct inventory of supplies and inform supervisors of low stock.

• Assist guests by providing information about recreation facilities and activities.

• Promote a fun, safe, and relaxing atmosphere by enforcing facility rules and supporting guest needs.

• Respond to guest injuries and emergencies until medical personnel arrive.

• Maintain a professional appearance and follow Marriott policies and procedures.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working on feet for long periods.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Work Experience: No prior related work experience required.

• Certifications:

  • CPR Certification

  • First Aid Certification

  • Familiarity with fitness equipment

  • Any certifications required by local/state agencies
