• Brainz Health, a pioneering digital mental health platform, is hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to architect a privacy-first mobile solution that translates psychological insights into real-time, AI-driven support. This full-time hybrid role in Dubai offers a chance to leave a legacy in the intersection of healthcare, AI, and secure tech infrastructure.

As the Founding CTO, you will spearhead technical innovation, ensuring global healthcare compliance (HIPAA/GDPR/UAE), while leading the development of production-grade mobile applications with integrated NLP, AI/ML capabilities, and encrypted synchronization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design cross-platform mobile architecture (Flutter/React Native) with on-device NLP and biometric security.

• Develop psychology-based ML models (PyTorch/HuggingFace) for cognitive assessment and personalized therapy.

• Architect self-hosted infrastructure using OpenStack, Kubernetes, and zero-trust networking.

• Recruit and mentor a privacy-focused engineering team, enforcing healthcare compliance and agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven delivery of AI-integrated mobile apps and NLP pipelines.

• Experience with self-hosted systems (OpenStack, MinIO).

• Leadership in translating psychological needs into tech frameworks.

• Strategic decision-making and mentorship in regulated environments.

Preferred:

• Integration experience with wearables (Apple Health, Whoop, Oura).

• Background in behavioral nudging systems.

• Contributions to open-source privacy technologies.

• Familiarity with FHIR/HL7 standards.
