Job Title: Chief Technology Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the digital transformation of a forward-thinking organization in the smart mobility and parking operations sector. This executive-level role is ideal for a technology leader with deep industry expertise who can drive innovation, integrate emerging technologies, and align IT strategies with business growth and sustainability goals.
As CTO, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the organization by overseeing all technology-related functions, from infrastructure and cybersecurity to digital innovation, customer experience, and ESG integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and lead the execution of the technology division’s strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.

Ensure technology initiatives support long-term business goals and market competitiveness.
Technology & Digital Transformation:

Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust and scalable IT infrastructure.

Champion digital innovation by identifying and adopting emerging technologies that enhance service delivery and customer experience.

Drive strategic tech projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with objectives, and cross-functional collaboration.
Cybersecurity & Compliance:

Define and enforce information security standards to protect organizational data.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, industry best practices, and data privacy laws.
Performance & Operations:

Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of technology services.

Drive initiatives to optimize operational performance and elevate service quality.
Budget & Financial Oversight:

Prepare, manage, and monitor the division’s budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Guide cost optimization efforts without compromising service quality or innovation.
Leadership & People Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing tech team to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Promote professional growth, continuous learning, and a collaborative work environment.
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Engagement:

Collaborate with Customer Service, Strategy & Business Growth, and ESG teams to deliver holistic, customer-centric, and sustainable tech solutions.

Represent the organization in front of regulatory bodies and stakeholders to build credibility and maintain compliance.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

12–20 years of progressive experience in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 6 years in the parking operations or related mobility sectors.

Proven track record of leading digital transformation and managing enterprise-level technology functions.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of regulatory, operational, and customer experience landscapes.
