A Chief Operating Officer (COO) is needed for a global eCommerce logistics startup aiming to scale quickly, redefine industry standards, and provide outstanding customer experiences. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who will help build the company from the ground up, focusing on commercial growth, tech integrations, operational efficiency, and team culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Global Commercial Engine: Build and lead commercial teams across multiple regions (US, UK, Europe, China, India, GCC). Drive revenue growth and customer acquisition, and forge strategic partnerships.

Product & Tech: Co-create the tech roadmap with internal and external development teams. Solve customer pain points with WMS, OMS, TMS, and seamless UX. Lead engineering efforts focused on scalability and speed.

Operations & Experience: Design and execute global eCommerce operations that enhance onboarding, fulfillment, and cross-border trade. Build multilingual customer service teams focused on world-class CX. Develop cost-effective delivery models.

Team & Culture: Recruit and lead a mission-aligned team. Cultivate a high-performance culture emphasizing ownership, execution, and results. Lead by example in building, selling, hiring, and shipping.
Qualifications & Requirements:

8–15 years of experience in eCommerce logistics, tech-enabled fulfillment, or cross-border supply chain.

Proven success in scaling commercial teams and digital products globally.

Strong execution skills, action-oriented, and outcome-driven.

Fluent in tech, operations, and sales, with a strong command over API and revenue strategy discussions.

Ability to balance growth, customer experience, and unit economics.

Experience building or scaling a venture-backed startup, logistics platform, or eCommerce enabler.
