Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and strategy in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial planning, risk management, capital structuring, and business partnering to support long-term growth and profitability.

As a key member of the executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial future and driving strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead financial strategies to drive performance, optimize capital allocation, and identify growth opportunities

• Oversee all core finance functions, including accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, and reporting

• Ensure financial integrity through strong internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks

• Assess investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and funding strategies to support business expansion

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and commercial units to improve cost efficiency and profitability

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

• Provide insightful analysis and financial guidance to senior leadership to support data-driven decisions

• Salary: Up to 35,000 AED all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)
