Job Description:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy, particularly as it expands into both regulated and grey market territories. You will oversee all financial operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning while leading a team of finance professionals in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support global expansion.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Requirements:
