As CEO – Manufacturing, you will drive strategy, operations, and innovation at scale. This is a rare opportunity to shape industrial development across the region and manage a complex, multi-site business.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership aligned with the group’s long-term industrial vision.

Oversee manufacturing operations ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Drive regional market expansion, product innovation, and revenue growth.

Develop a high-performance executive leadership team and manage large-scale operations.

Optimize asset utilization, investment planning, and cost structures.

Represent the organization in stakeholder, government, and strategic partner engagements.

Ensure full compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
-
15+ years of experience, with 7+ years in senior manufacturing leadership roles.

Strong experience in scaling operations, revenue growth, and market entry.

Deep knowledge of industrial manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.

Proven ability to manage multi-site teams and deliver transformation.
-
Experience in the GCC region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman) is strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or relevant field; MBA preferred.

Outstanding communication, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
