Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to spearhead our strategic growth across the UAE and the Gulf region. This executive will be responsible for the full spectrum of operations, from real estate development and investments to financial strategy and partnership building. The role offers a relocation opportunity to Dubai and a chance to lead multimillion-dollar landmark projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational and strategic efforts across real estate development, investment, finance, and partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders

• Supervise the launch and execution of complex real estate projects (residential, commercial, hospitality)

• Drive business transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure financial performance

• Represent the company in industry events, forums, and official engagements across the UAE and globally

• Inspire and guide a diverse, high-level team of executives and project managers

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in a senior executive role within real estate development, construction, or investment sectors

• Proven experience managing large-scale property portfolios or high-value development projects

• Expertise in financial structuring, capital markets, and project financing (EBRD, PE, or sovereign fund experience is a plus)

• Strong professional network in the UAE or proven ability to build one rapidly

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English (minimum B1+); knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a bonus
