Valkyrie People Consulting is hiring a Chief Digital Officer (CDO) for a leading consumer electronics company based in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the company’s digital transformation journey, drive digital initiatives, and enhance the online customer experience. This strategic role requires strong expertise in digital strategy, technology integration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.

• Lead digital innovation efforts, identifying new technologies, trends, and opportunities.

• Drive the digital transformation of the organization, integrating digital technologies into all business areas.

• Oversee the development and optimization of e-commerce platforms to boost sales and engagement.

• Use data analytics to understand customer behavior, market trends, and business performance.

• Enhance the digital customer experience through user-friendly interfaces and personalized content.

• Build and lead a high-performing digital team, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, agencies, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure the security of digital assets and customer data with robust cybersecurity measures.

• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success of digital initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital strategy, technology, and transformation, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, ideally within consumer electronics or a similar industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.

• Strong strategic thinking, innovation, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, and technology integration.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
