Job Title: Chef de Pass
Job Description:
We are looking for a Chef de Pass to join the team of a high-end Italian restaurant within a luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced kitchen professional who thrives in fast-paced, fine-dining environments.
As Chef de Pass, you will play a critical role in coordinating kitchen and service operations, ensuring each dish is flawlessly prepared, presented, and delivered on time. Your leadership will directly impact the guest dining experience, making you a key player in maintaining the restaurant’s world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the timely execution and coordination of all orders, ensuring dishes are plated to exacting standards.

Inspect each plate for taste, presentation, and portion before it leaves the pass.

Act as the central communication point between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service.

Resolve any service-related issues quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:

2–3 years of UAE experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a 5-star hotel or high-end Italian restaurant.

Strong background in line cooking with leadership or supervisory experience.

Proven ability to manage kitchen staff, remain organized under pressure, and deliver consistent quality during peak service.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
