Job Overview

Our client, a high-end casual dining restaurant in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen to oversee daily operations of the hot section. This role is ideal for a skilled culinary professional who is passionate about quality, consistency, and efficient kitchen execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all operations within the hot kitchen section.

• Prepare dishes to consistently high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

• Supervise, guide, and support junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper food storage at all times.

• Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure timely and efficient service.

• Monitor portion control, food quality, and wastage within the section.

• Assist with kitchen preparation, service planning, and daily operations as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen role within the F&B industry.

• Strong hands-on cooking skills with solid knowledge of hot kitchen operations.

• Culinary training or professional kitchen certification is preferred.

• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and HACCP standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Team-oriented, disciplined, and able to follow kitchen leadership effectively.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 5,000 – 5,500 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
