Marriott International is seeking a Chef de Partie to join Bvlgari Resort Dubai. This role involves preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a luxury hospitality setting. The ideal candidate is experienced in fine dining, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a collaborative kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Bvlgari and Marriott standards.

  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in all food items.

  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service operations.

  • Assist in inventory management, portion control, and ordering supplies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.

  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and international cuisine.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
