KBR LLC is hiring a Chef De Partie for their pre-opening restaurant in Jumeirah, which specializes in Kebab and a fusion of Lebanese, Turkish, and Arabic cuisine. This role is ideal for a Chef with a passion for these specific cuisines and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within your designated section.

Supervise commis chefs and kitchen assistants.

Ensure food is prepared consistently and according to recipe standards.

Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
-
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in your section.

Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu planning and development.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Train and mentor junior staff.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience in Lebanese, Turkish, and/or Arabic cuisine.

Knowledge of food cost control and kitchen inventory systems.

Basic computer skills for recipe management and stock control.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.

Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification.

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant UAE experience and be available to join immediately.
