Air Charter Service (ACS), a global leader in aircraft charter solutions, is looking for a Charter Sales Executive (Arabic Speaking) to join its dynamic Cargo Department in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment, managing unique charter operations ranging from transporting humanitarian aid and relief cargo to moving engines, animals, and high-value goods worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build a pipeline of potential customers using various sources, including databases, LinkedIn, and trade media.

• Conduct outbound sales through calls, emails, and client visits to convert leads into active ACS customers.

• Develop and maintain relationships with cargo operators to ensure access to a wide range of aircraft solutions.

• Manage the end-to-end charter process—from initial enquiry and bespoke quotations to successful flight execution.

• Oversee flights and monitor operations to ensure client satisfaction, even during non-standard hours.

• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

• Consistently meet sales targets and KPIs while ensuring high service standards.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal) – mandatory.

• Proven experience in a client-facing sales or customer relationship role.

• Passion for aviation and sales, with strong commercial awareness.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask, stay resilient under pressure, and work flexible hours.

• Valid UAE driving license and passport (ability to travel across the Middle East and Europe).

• High attention to detail with a goal-driven, self-motivated attitude.
