Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Channel Sales Manager – Digital Power Solutions to drive growth through the development and management of regional channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital power solutions, including SPV, data center infrastructure, UPS, cooling systems, and IT/Cloud technologies. This role is responsible for implementing regional channel strategies, building long-term partner relationships, and achieving business performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute corporate and regional channel strategies aligned with the digital power business objectives

Identify and develop professional channel partners within the region to meet sales and performance goals

Manage and support partners with branding, order processing, and business development
-
Effectively implement channel policies, resolve channel conflicts, and drive performance growth

Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure alignment and success in regional operations
-
Leverage internal and external resources to support channel partners in achieving mutual business goals
-
Drive growth in target vertical industries by identifying business opportunities and developing strategies with partners
Position Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university
-
3–5+ years of experience in digital power sales or solution-based sales

Proficiency in English as a working language

Strong results orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, team-oriented environment

Ability to handle market expansion and work under pressure
Professional Knowledge Requirements:
-
Strong understanding of SPV, data centers, UPS, cooling systems, DCIM, IT, cloud, and network solutions
-
Familiarity with direct and indirect sales models, especially in digital infrastructure
-
Experience in partner relationship management and channel development

Knowledge of sales project management and operations
