Job Summary
We’re looking for a Channel & Product Strategy Manager to lead product lifecycle planning, strategic market analysis, and channel development for MSI’s tech solutions in the Middle East. You will play a key role in business performance, managing relationships with distributors and partners, and executing impactful go-to-market strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Product Lifecycle Management

Oversee the product lifecycle from launch to phase-out

Manage market positioning and ensure optimal sales, revenue, and profitability

Continuously track product performance and refine strategies as needed
🔹 Strategic Planning & Market Insight

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities

Partner with leadership to refine product positioning and regional business plans

Offer data-backed recommendations on product selections and roadmap alignment
🔹 4P Strategy Execution

Create and execute robust 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) plans

Design competitive pricing models to increase market share and profit margins
🔹 Channel Development & Relationship Management

Develop and nurture partnerships with distributors, retailers, and integrators

Work cross-functionally with sales, service, and marketing to drive success

Ensure strong channel visibility, supply chain stability, and after-sales support
🔹 Go-To-Market Execution

Implement go-to-market strategies that align with regional goals

Design and optimize channel programs and promotions
🔹 Forecasting & Inventory Control

Deliver accurate sales forecasts to maintain healthy stock levels

Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and adjust orders for market demand
🔹 Business Performance Analysis

Conduct simulations to evaluate revenue, costs, and profitability

Refine operational and marketing strategies based on insights
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

MBA is a plus
Experience:

5–8 years of experience in product management, business strategy, or channel development, ideally in consumer electronics or tech

Proven success in managing regional business strategies and product portfolios
Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Deep knowledge of 4P strategy and go-to-market execution

Proficient in business analysis and forecasting tools
