Edari is hiring a Change Manager for one of the region’s largest companies based in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site contract role for 5 months, with potential for renewal. The Change Manager will be responsible for driving business readiness and adoption during a digital transformation, focusing on employee engagement, communication, training coordination, and change management frameworks. The role reports directly to the Change Lead within the IT Change and Business Adoption team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of the program’s change strategy in collaboration with internal and external teams.

• Create engaging content, communications, videos, and event coordination to boost business engagement.

• Partner with the Training team to support training-related communication and adoption.

• Coordinate and execute both classroom and online training sessions to meet transformation goals.

• Support business leaders as change sponsors and coordinate communities of change agents.

• Manage continuous employee engagement and adapt communication strategies based on feedback.

• Support the design and facilitation of engagement events and knowledge-sharing platforms.

• Assist in developing a digital space for internal education and awareness during project phases.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in change management or transformation initiatives in large organizations.

• Proven track record in supporting enterprise-wide change programs.

• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and project delivery frameworks.

• Experience developing internal corporate communication and engagement strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

• High proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

• Ability to work with and influence stakeholders across all levels.

• Strong coaching and training facilitation capabilities.

• Flexibility to manage multiple initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Quick learner with the ability to grasp business concepts and organizational dynamics.
