They are inviting experienced Change Management Trainers & Specialists to join their platform as early adopters, gain visibility, and access project opportunities. The role is freelance/project-based and primarily remote, with optional in-person workshops across UAE and MENA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-impact change management training using frameworks like ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, and Prosci

• Design engaging bilingual content tailored to regional organizational needs

• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions (onsite or virtual) in Arabic and English

• Consult on cultural transformation, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement

• Partner with companies via the L&D Nexus platform to scope training needs and deliverables

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in change management training or consulting (preferred)

• Professional fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in multicultural environments across the GCC and MENA

• Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is a plus

• Familiarity with digital L&D platforms and virtual training tools
