L&D Nexus is the region’s first bilingual, AI-powered corporate training marketplace, connecting Arab and international trainers with leading organizations. They are inviting experienced Change Management Trainers & Specialists to join their platform as early adopters, gain visibility, and access project opportunities. The role is freelance/project-based and primarily remote, with optional in-person workshops across UAE and MENA.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-impact change management training using frameworks like ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, and Prosci

Design engaging bilingual content tailored to regional organizational needs

Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions (onsite or virtual) in Arabic and English

Consult on cultural transformation, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement

Partner with companies via the L&D Nexus platform to scope training needs and deliverables
Skills Required:
-
3+ years of experience in change management training or consulting (preferred)

Professional fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken

Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in multicultural environments across the GCC and MENA

Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is a plus

Familiarity with digital L&D platforms and virtual training tools
