Jacobs is seeking a Change Lead to join the Commercial & Controls team for the King Salman International Airport (KSIA) project in Riyadh. This key role involves managing and maintaining the change management process across multiple contracts, ensuring consistent implementation of change protocols. The successful candidate will coordinate between various disciplines, validate proposals, and support project leadership in tracking changes and compiling reports. The position is based in Jacobs’ Dubai office, offering a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end change management process for each contract, ensuring consistency across the project.

• Identify, record, and evaluate changes for approval by the Change Committee.

• Coordinate between disciplines to ensure accurate detail in Change Request proposals.

• Validate Sub-Consultants’ proposals and assess the level of effort in Change Request submissions.

• Administer internal governance reviews and distribute approvals/rejections to relevant teams.

• Compile and update change management logs and reports.

• Present monthly reports to project leadership and suggest improved methods for managing change.

• Interrogate change management data at contract and project levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

• Professional experience in change management within aviation or similar fields.

• Relevant professional registration (PMP, PMI, ICE, RICS) is preferred.

• Strong organizational and presentation skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders.

• Fully computer literate and proficient in project management software.

• Team-focused with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
