Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions across various locations.
• Motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals with energy and encouragement.
• Use the Enhance trainer app to manage bookings, rescheduling, and workflow.
• Prepare personalized training plans and communicate session details in advance.
• Track client progress, provide feedback, and conduct regular check-ins.
• Promote healthy habits and ensure clients benefit from their fitness packages.
• Participate in marketing content creation and team meetings.
• Maintain and care for company-provided equipment and branded attire.

Specializations (Optional):

• Swimming, Yoga, Tennis, MMA, Boxing, Bodybuilding, Injury Rehabilitation, Post-Maternity Fitness, and more.

Requirements:

• Accredited Personal Training Certification (REPs Level 3 or equivalent).
• First Aid Certification.
• BA or MA in Sport and Physical Education is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
• Ethical, client-focused, and organized approach to training.
• English fluency (additional languages are a plus).
