Job Title: Certified Freelance Trainer
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and certified Freelance Trainer specializing in Management and Leadership Training to collaborate with our organization on high-impact learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep subject matter expertise, excellent facilitation skills, and a passion for empowering professionals across all levels of leadership.
As a senior-level training expert, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing training programs that align with our clients’ business goals and drive measurable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver high-quality training programs on leadership, team management, communication, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and related topics

Facilitate both in-person and virtual workshops, ensuring active engagement and impactful learning outcomes

Tailor training content to meet the specific needs of clients and target learners

Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics

Manage all aspects of training logistics, including planning, materials, scheduling, and follow-ups

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to identify skill gaps and align training with organizational goals
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Certified Trainer from reputable institutions (e.g., ATD, CIPD, ICF, or equivalent)

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field (Master’s/Doctorate preferred)

5+ years of hands-on experience in delivering professional management and leadership training

Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to adapt training techniques to suit diverse learning styles and cultural audiences

Experience using modern training technologies and platforms

Fluency in English is essential
