🔍 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Strategy & Business Performance Analyst to support the CEO and senior leadership in shaping strategic direction and monitoring business performance. This role is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of executive decision-making, influencing high-impact initiatives across the organization.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of operational metrics, market trends, and regulatory developments.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop financial models and performance tracking frameworks for key projects and initiatives.

  • Design executive-level presentations and performance dashboards using advanced analytics tools.

  • Assist in creating and monitoring long-term strategic plans aligned with business goals.

  • Evaluate strategic risks (regulatory, operational, financial) and recommend mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze inefficiencies and drive optimization initiatives.

  • Support audit readiness, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.

  • Manage key timelines and deliverables across strategic and business transformation programs.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business performance analysis, or management consulting

  • Background in utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred

Technical Expertise

  • Strong skills in financial modeling, market research, and business case development

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms

  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in the water and power sector

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced executive environment
