🔍 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Strategy & Business Performance Analyst to support the CEO and senior leadership in shaping strategic direction and monitoring business performance. This role is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of executive decision-making, influencing high-impact initiatives across the organization.
🧭 Key Responsibilities

Conduct deep-dive analyses of operational metrics, market trends, and regulatory developments.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Develop financial models and performance tracking frameworks for key projects and initiatives.

Design executive-level presentations and performance dashboards using advanced analytics tools.

Assist in creating and monitoring long-term strategic plans aligned with business goals.

Evaluate strategic risks (regulatory, operational, financial) and recommend mitigation strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze inefficiencies and drive optimization initiatives.

Support audit readiness, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Manage key timelines and deliverables across strategic and business transformation programs.
✅ Requirements
Education & Experience

Proven experience in strategic planning, business performance analysis, or management consulting

Background in utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred
Technical Expertise

Strong skills in financial modeling, market research, and business case development

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms

Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks in the water and power sector
