Rewardee, a Dubai-based performance rewards platform, is seeking a CEO & Co-Founder to lead its strategic vision, growth, and execution. This role involves building and scaling a founding team, driving fundraising and partnerships, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and establishing Rewardee as the Middle East’s leading task-based rewards infrastructure. The CEO will work closely with the COO to translate strategy into scalable operations and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Rewardee’s long-term strategic roadmap and vision.

• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and financial strategy.

• Build, motivate, and scale a cross-functional team across product, growth, and partnerships.

• Drive brand acquisition and user growth through data-driven strategies.

• Establish Rewardee as a trusted performance layer for brands and agencies across MENA.

• Foster a culture of excellence, agility, and integrity within the organization.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven leadership or founder experience in adtech, SaaS, or consumer platforms.

• Strong track record in scaling B2B or B2C ventures, ideally in growth-stage environments.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing, incentive mechanics, or performance-based growth models.

• Skilled in fundraising, strategic partnerships, and commercial execution.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and high accountability.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai; English fluency required, Arabic is a plus.
