PwC Middle East is looking for a Central Floor Host to join their team in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing the reception area and providing administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Central Floor Host ensures a positive and professional experience for all visitors. The role involves handling inquiries, managing meeting room bookings, overseeing floor operations, and assisting with daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Greet visitors, arrange relevant passes, and ensure they are met in a timely and courteous manner by their host.

Handle internal and external inquiries, providing accurate and prompt assistance.

Manage floor operations, including cleaning, facilities management, and meeting room checks.

Maintain visitor logs and parking validator logs.

Coordinate with the mailroom for external deliveries and courier services.

Assist with general maintenance of the reception area and coordinate with security as needed.

Perform other administrative duties as required (e.g., issuing PwC access cards).

Ensure a professional, warm, and friendly demeanor at all times.
Required Qualifications:

Education: High school certificate (equivalent) or Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service-related role (e.g., front desk or receptionist).

Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage, and French is a plus.

Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Must possess a professional telephone manner and the ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Basic keyboard skills (at least 25 wpm).
