Job Title: CCTV & Security Surveillance Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a CCTV & Security Surveillance Officer to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our office premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring, incident response, and maintaining a secure environment in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CCTV Monitoring:

   • Continuously monitor surveillance cameras to identify suspicious activity and security breaches.

   • Perform daily checks to ensure CCTV systems are fully operational.

   • Report any technical malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for quick resolution.

2. Incident Response & Alarm Handling:

   • Respond promptly to security incidents, including motion alerts, unauthorized access, and alarm activations.

   • Investigate causes of alarms and take immediate, appropriate action.

3. Access Control & Security Patrols:

   • Monitor and control access to the office, allowing only authorized personnel entry.

   • Conduct routine security patrols throughout the premises to detect vulnerabilities or irregularities.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

   • Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents, including logs, reports, and CCTV evidence.

   • Assist in compiling reports for management or legal use, when required.

5. Compliance & Support:

   • Ensure all security protocols and safety policies are followed diligently.

   • Provide assistance to employees and visitors while upholding security standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems and security equipment.

• Good observation, alertness, and communication skills.

• Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

• Prior experience in a similar security role is an advantage.

• Must be physically fit for routine patrols and security duties.
