Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and security systems as per ADMCC standards

• Conduct system inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and technical requirements

• Provide clients with professional service, documentation, and reporting

• Assist in preparing service contracts, proposals, and technical offers

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory: Certification from the Abu Dhabi Monitoring and Control Centre (ADMCC)

• Strong technical background in CCTV systems, IP cameras, networking, and VMS platforms

• Proven experience in managing service contracts and understanding service-level agreements (SLAs)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
