ACWA Power is seeking a CCR Operator – I to monitor and control the operations of power and water units from the plant’s control room. This role is focused on ensuring steady operations of the units to meet production targets while adhering to work instructions, quality standards, and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) standards. The position is open to fresh graduates, with a preference for UAE nationals (Emirati).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control plant operations and parameters from the control room.

• Maintain a steady state of operations to meet production targets.

• Adhere to work instructions, quality standards, and HSSE standards.

• Ensure optimal operation of power and water units within specified parameters.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument).

• Open to fresh graduates.

• UAE national (Emirati) preferred.
