Who You Are:

You are an experienced Catering Manager with a proven track record in the Dubai market. Your ability to drive business growth, optimize operations, and uphold the highest service standards in the catering industry sets you apart. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong network in both B2B and B2C catering operations.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the catering division, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of events. You will lead both kitchen and service teams to ensure clients receive exceptional experiences at every event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the catering division in Dubai, establishing a solid presence in the market.

  • Develop and optimize operational processes and team structures to ensure efficiency.

  • Drive business expansion and revenue growth through a targeted sales strategy.

  • Engage with B2B and B2C clients, handling both private and corporate events.

  • Manage logistics and build strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors.

  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

  • Recruit, train, and lead the catering team, ensuring excellent performance.

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.

  • Monitor profitability, set KPIs, and analyze performance metrics to achieve growth targets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of local market specifics, including regulations and customer preferences.

  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in preparing commercial offers.

  • Proven ability to manage both B2B and B2C catering operations.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai catering market.

  • Established network of contacts with event agencies, corporate clients, hotels, and restaurants.

  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth and business expansion.

  • Experience managing both private and corporate events.
