Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cashiers and Sales Staff at Fresh Nest Supermarket L.L.C in Dubai. If you have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and can join immediately, we want to meet you!
Nepali and Filipino nationals on Visit or Cancelled Visas are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Manage cash, credit, and debit card transactions with accuracy.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter and sales floor.

• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining proper product displays.

• Address customer queries and provide information about products and promotions.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily sales targets.

• Maintain inventory records and alert supervisors about low stock levels.

• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Cashier or Salesperson.

• Open to Male and Female candidates.

• Nationality: Nepali or Filipino only.

• Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa holders preferred.

• Immediate joiners only.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service-oriented mindset.

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

• Certification/Diploma preferred.

• Age: 18 – 45 years.
