This full-time role requires an energetic and detail-oriented professional who can manage daily cash operations, support store opening and closing, and deliver exceptional customer service in line with Hermès’ prestige. Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries.

Assist in store opening and closing, including cash handling and deposits.

Process customer transactions (cash, cheque, credit card, wire transfer) accurately.

Maintain and reconcile daily tills, files, and cash office reports.

Issue receipts, count cash, and prepare change.

Ensure cashier counters are organized and well-stocked with supplies.

Handle goods, prepare them for clients, and ensure smooth checkout.

Train and guide junior cashiers, setting high standards for customer service.

Assist with stock rotation, shelf replenishment, and pricing as needed.

Provide support as a customer service representative when required.
Requirements & Skills:

Prior experience as a cashier, preferably in luxury retail.

Strong numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
-
Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations.

Preferably bilingual – Russian or Arabic speakers are an advantage.
