As a Cashier, you will be entrusted with managing all cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and maintaining effective internal cash controls. The role demands reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all cash receipts and payments efficiently and accurately.

• Receive and reconcile cheques/cash from collectors against invoices daily.

• Maintain records of cash advances and handle related documentation.

• Oversee petty cash transactions and prepare purchase analysis reports.

• Collect and reconcile daily cash from various departments including Automotive Service Centers and Spare Parts.

• Prepare bank deposit slips and ensure timely cash deposits.

• Monitor and process post-dated cheques and refunds as per company procedures.

• Calculate and process staff overtime payments.

• Regularly reconcile cash accounts with financial records and update the cash book.

• Handle wire transfer payments and maintain financial documentation.

• Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and QHSEMS requirements.

• Perform additional duties assigned by line management in line with role capability.

Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cash handling or financial operations.

• Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail.

• Strong English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Proficiency in computer applications, especially those related to finance and accounting.
