Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier to join our hospitality team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and take pride in professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.

• Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.

• Issue receipts, refunds, and change in accordance with company procedures.

• Handle cash responsibly and ensure secure cash register operations.

• Assist with daily cash reconciliation and end-of-shift sales reports.

• Coordinate closely with waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.

• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter at all times.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and hygiene regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently residing in the UAE.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Good verbal communication skills in English.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
