Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.

• Ensure all transactions are recorded properly in the system.

• Handle returns, exchanges, and issue receipts.

• Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies, if any, to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic math skills and prior experience in handling cash.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.

• Strong customer service orientation with good communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced retail or service environment.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
