In this client-facing role, you will drive revenue growth and deepen client engagement across corporate, financial institution, and NBFI segments through bespoke cash management solutions. Key Responsibilities
🔍 Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Originate new-to-bank mandates and grow wallet share with existing clients.

Maintain high-quality relationships with multinational corporates and financial institutions.

Lead client discussions, understanding their cash management requirements and tailoring product offerings.
📈 Sales & Strategic Execution

Drive UAE cash management revenue growth across multiple client segments.

Develop detailed customer profiles and market analyses to align sales strategy.

Prepare sales pitches and proposals highlighting product value, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.

Monitor key sales metrics such as lead conversions and client acquisition costs.
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, risk, legal, compliance, and operational teams.

Contribute to the refinement of control frameworks, governance, and business development strategy.

Represent cash management within cross-border relationship forums and strategic initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
✅ Essential Qualifications & Skills

Strong cash management product knowledge and sales background.

5–8 years of experience in banking, financial services, or client-facing roles.

Track record of delivering growth across multinational or institutional clients.

Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and digital mindset.
🏆 Preferred Additions

Experience dealing with Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs).

Arabic language proficiency.
