✅ Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Workshop Manager to lead and oversee our automotive maintenance and warehouse operations in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have 4–9 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, automotive warehouse management, or fleet operations, with strong knowledge of classic, luxury, hybrid, and electric vehicles. Only male candidates with a UAE driving license will be considered.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

🚗 Vehicle Management & Inspection

• Supervise vehicle check-in and check-out, ensuring proper documentation and vehicle condition reports

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles including tyre pressure, battery charge, fluids, and mechanical health

• Oversee cold start protocols for classic and high-performance vehicles to preserve engine life

🛠️ Workshop & Maintenance Operations

• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and technical servicing for all vehicle types: combustion, hybrid, and electric

• Monitor and maintain service history logs, performance checks, and diagnostics

• Identify fire hazards, especially related to fuel-powered classics and EV battery systems

📦 Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Manage and track vehicle inventory, parts stock, and equipment

• Supervise cleaning, detailing, and vehicle preservation processes to maintain condition and value

• Prepare reports on inventory levels, vehicle readiness, and workflow efficiency

👨‍🔧 Team Leadership & Training

• Train warehouse staff on vehicle handling, safety protocols, and technology differences across vehicle types

• Promote a culture of efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations

✅ Desired Candidate Profile:

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education

• 4–9 years of relevant experience in automotive workshops, fleet operations, or vehicle restoration

🛠️ Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and maintenance systems

• Strong knowledge of classic cars, luxury models, electric, and hybrid vehicles

• Proficiency in inventory software and vehicle monitoring tools

• Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities

• Strong leadership and team management skills
