Job Title: Cargo Charter Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused Cargo Charter Sales Executive to join our expanding Sales team. As a Cargo Charter Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing charter flight requests, negotiating rates, and delivering top-tier service to clients across the globe. Your ability to think fast, sell smart, and build strong relationships will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage cargo charter sales opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure.

Respond to client inquiries by preparing customized and competitive air freight quotations.

Negotiate pricing and service terms with carriers, charter operators, and logistics partners.

Develop strong, long-term relationships with freight forwarders, brokers, and cargo clients globally.

Coordinate with internal operations to ensure seamless flight execution and service delivery.

Track all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM platforms.

Monitor industry trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Be available to manage urgent client needs outside of standard business hours when required.
Skills and Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of air cargo logistics, charter sales, and global freight operations.

Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a high-pressure setting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are highly valued.

Familiarity with air cargo documentation, international compliance, and regulatory standards is an advantage.
Experience Required:

2–3 years of hands-on experience in cargo charter sales, air freight brokerage, or freight forwarding.

Previous experience in the aviation or logistics industry is preferred.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
