Role Overview

We are hiring Tagalog-speaking caregivers for full-time and long-term roles in Dubai and other locations. Opportunities are available to work directly with Happy Helpers or with private families and employers.

This role is ideal for caring, responsible individuals with experience in childcare, elderly care, housekeeping, or domestic support, who are seeking stable employment with legal sponsorship and long-term growth opportunities.

Language Requirement:
✔ Tagalog speaking is mandatory

Work Locations

• Dubai & across the UAE

• GCC countries

• Selected European countries (subject to eligibility)

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role)

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to children or elderly individuals.

• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, and supervision.

• Perform basic housekeeping and cleanliness duties as required.

• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and supportive home environment.

• Follow employer instructions with professionalism and respect.

Salary Information

Requirements

• Prior experience in babysitting, nanny work, caregiving, or housekeeping

• Caring, honest, patient, and responsible attitude

• Willingness to attend an interview and basic assessment

• Willingness to record a 2-minute video profile for application
