Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Filipino Caregiver (Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA) to provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to clients in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about caregiving and committed to enhancing the comfort, safety, and dignity of individuals under their care within a professional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation.

• Monitor, measure, and record vital signs, promptly reporting any health changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.

• Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed treatments as per care plans.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

• Offer emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to promote overall well-being.

• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members regarding client condition and progress.

• Respect client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Filipino nationality is mandatory.

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent caregiving qualification.

• Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare support is highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and observation skills.

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable approach to care.

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.

• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment in Dubai.

• Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional conduct.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 3,500 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
