Job Overview:
The International School of Creative Science in Sharjah is seeking a dynamic and experienced Career Guidance Counselor to join our team immediately. You will be responsible for supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development while guiding them toward suitable career and educational paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to support student development.

• Assist students in identifying career goals and pathways based on skills, interests, and academic performance.

• Support students with university applications, internships, and career placement.

• Conduct workshops and seminars on personal development and career readiness.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to create a holistic support system.

• Monitor and report on student progress and well-being.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Services, or a related behavioral field.

• Minimum 3 years of school-based experience as a Guidance Counselor.

• Bilingual in Arabic and English.

• Proven ability to engage with teens and support student development.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
