Bahri, a global leader in logistics and transportation, is seeking a Career Development Sr Specialist to join their HR team in Dubai. This on-site, full-time position plays a key role in implementing succession planning, career development strategies, and talent analytics in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders. The role supports internal talent growth and aligns employee development with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Succession Planning:

  • Assist in identifying high-potential employees for talent development programs.

  • Maintain and update succession pipelines for critical roles.

• Career Framework & Internal Mobility:

  • Support communication and guidance around career pathing and internal mobility opportunities.

  • Coordinate employee assignments and internal transitions, tracking progress and documenting changes.

• Talent Data & Analytics:

  • Collect and manage data related to employee development and talent programs.

  • Generate reports, dashboards, and basic analytics to support strategic HR decisions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other HR departments to support aligned talent strategies.

  • Participate in interdepartmental meetings and provide input on talent initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in talent management or career development.

• Possession of valid professional certifications in HR or talent development is preferred.
