ALBA CARS, a leading used car dealership in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to join their team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the dealership’s overall success. TALENTMATE facilitates the recruitment process for this position, connecting qualified candidates with the opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs.

  • Present and demonstrate vehicles professionally.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach.

  • Collaborate with the team to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales.

  • Experience in the UAE car market is advantageous.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-focused, motivated, and confident.

  • Passion for cars and understanding of automotive market trends.

  • Multilingual skills and CRM experience are a plus.

  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai if not already based there.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic salary plus commission: £4,200 – £12,800/month (performance-based)

  • Medical insurance as per UAE law

  • Visa sponsorship

  • Training and ongoing support
