ALBA CARS, a leading used car dealership in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to join their team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the dealership’s overall success. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs.

• Present and demonstrate vehicles professionally.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach.

• Collaborate with the team to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales.

• Experience in the UAE car market is advantageous.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused, motivated, and confident.

• Passion for cars and understanding of automotive market trends.

• Multilingual skills and CRM experience are a plus.

• Willingness to relocate to Dubai if not already based there.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic salary plus commission: £4,200 – £12,800/month (performance-based)
