Rapido Garage Dubai is hiring an experienced Car Detailer & Polisher who is passionate about high-end vehicles and delivering showroom-level results. If you have advanced skills in detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating—especially for German and European cars—we want to hear from you.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full interior and exterior detailing (including engine bay and deep cleaning)

• Execute multi-stage paint correction and polishing for luxury vehicles

• Apply ceramic coatings, waxes, and sealants using premium tools and products

• Inspect vehicles pre- and post-service for quality control

• Advise customers on maintenance and post-service care

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace

• Mentor junior detailers as needed

• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations

✅ Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on detailing and polishing experience

• Proficiency with rotary buffers, DA polishers, and paint correction techniques

• In-depth knowledge of clear coats, paint finishes, and surface prep

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering flawless finishes

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred)

🎖 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with BMW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, VW, etc.

• Certification in ceramic coating or paint protection

• Customer service or client-facing experience
