Autolking is seeking a Car Computer Diagnostic and Key Technician to join their Dubai team. This on-site, full-time role involves diagnosing electronic and computer-related vehicle issues, performing maintenance, repairing security systems, and programming car keys. The technician will also communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose electronic and computer-related problems in vehicles.

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to car keys and security systems.

• Communicate with customers, addressing concerns and providing updates on repairs.

• Work independently and collaboratively within the technical team.

Requirements / Skills:

• Experience in diagnosing and resolving electronic/computer issues in vehicles.

• Skills in vehicle maintenance and repair.

• Effective communication and strong customer service skills.

• Relevant technical certifications or formal training is a plus.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
