Emaar is seeking a Captain – Food & Beverage (VUQ) for its Origins restaurant to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a premium hospitality environment. This role focuses on guest satisfaction from welcome to farewell, ensuring top-tier service standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong emotional intelligence, and demonstrate a proactive service mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform all F&B operational tasks in line with brand standards

Handle guest complaints professionally and implement service recovery solutions

Maintain continuous communication with team members to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:
