Dewan Consultants, a global recruitment leader with over 45 years of international experience, is hiring a Campboss for their client in the KSA Offshore Catering Division. The role is full-time and on-site, with the operational location based in Saudi Arabia, managed from Dubai. The Campboss will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of offshore catering and camp operations, ensuring adherence to service, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in an offshore camp/barge including kitchen services, housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service standards.

• Analyze camp occupancy trends and coordinate service needs accordingly.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients to anticipate changes in man-days and vessel movements.

• Collaborate on menu planning with management and customers, ensuring adherence to SLAs and feasibility for offshore environments.

• Manage camp costs, including budgeting for food, supplies, and utilities.

• Coordinate logistics of personnel and material movement to/from the offshore site.

• Supervise and schedule camp staff, including leave and field break planning.

• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.

• Handle camp administration, manage records, and ensure policy compliance.

• Independently manage a barge, ensuring high standards in service, morale, and financial efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar offshore catering or camp management role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proven ability to manage logistics, inventory, and budgets.

• Knowledge of food safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced offshore environment.
