Acrobatica Group is hiring a Camp Boss / Supervisor to manage and maintain labor camp facilities in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring discipline, safety, and comfort for residents while overseeing daily operations and administrative tasks. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day camp operations, maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized environment.

• Ensure discipline and order within the camp, leveraging structured experience such as military background.

• Monitor, report, and proactively resolve maintenance, safety, and welfare issues.

• Handle administrative tasks, record-keeping, and staff coordination efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing labor camps.

• Military or structured environment experience preferred.

• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.

• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
