Ejadah is seeking a Camp Boss to oversee and manage all aspects of camp facilities, ensuring high standards in accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and welfare of residents. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day camp operations, including accommodation, catering, housekeeping, laundry, and recreational facilities.

  • Supervise camp staff such as cooks, cleaners, maintenance personnel, and support workers.

  • Ensure hygienic meal preparation and timely service with quality and variety.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Implement waste management and pest control procedures.

  • Monitor and maintain camp inventory, including food supplies, cleaning materials, and equipment.

  • Handle staff grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain discipline.

  • Prepare and maintain records such as attendance, inventory, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.

  • Coordinate with HR/Admin for staff onboarding, offboarding, and room allocation.

  • Ensure safety procedures and emergency protocols are implemented.

  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Skills & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality, facilities management, or related field preferred.

  • 5–7 years of experience in camp or facilities management.

  • Strong knowledge of catering, housekeeping, and facility maintenance operations.

  • Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge preferred).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multicultural teams.

  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.
